Welcome to my kitchen! This place is all about the food I love making at home.
I’ve been running Sevilla Tapas for many years, and giving my unique food & wine tours around town, but the truth is that I enjoy cooking as much as going out to eat. I started writing my first “cookbook” when I was 17, really just a handwritten collection of my favourite make-at-home dishes, which I kept going for over fifteen years. So you can imagine my heartbreak when the book went missing during the move from Bristol to Salamanca (lost a couple of boxes that trip). Later it occurred to me to keep everything online instead so I started doing this in 2009. You’ll see that additions are patchy, but also that the photos have improved 🙂 . It’s also a way for me to share my love of cooking with you.
I’m not much of a recipe follower myself, so sometimes you may not see exact measurements for things, though I will be clear about cooking times and basic instructions. But if you have any questions just let me know.
