This place is all about the food I love making at home. I feel I should say that I am NOT a professional recipe writer, I am not being paid or sponsored to do this, so just be forewarned that nothing here has been super fool-proof tested. They&#8217;re simply dishes I&#8217;ve enjoyed making.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I&#8217;ve been running <a href=\"http:\/\/azahar-sevilla.com\/sevilletapas\/\">Sevilla Tapas<\/a> for many years, and giving my unique food &amp; wine tours around town, but the truth is that I enjoy cooking as much as going out to eat. I started writing my first &#8220;cookbook&#8221; when I was 17, really just a handwritten collection of my favourite make-at-home dishes, which I kept going for over fifteen years. So you can imagine my heartbreak when the book went missing during the move from Bristol to Salamanca (lost a couple of boxes that trip). Later it occurred to me to keep everything online instead so I started doing this in 2009. You&#8217;ll see that additions are patchy, but also that the photos have improved \ud83d\ude42 . It&#8217;s also a way for me to share my love of cooking with you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I&#8217;m not much of a recipe follower myself, so sometimes you may not see exact measurements for things, though I will be clear about cooking times and basic instructions.
