And I ended up with this very spicy and smooth cauliflower pur\u00e9e. Add two cups of broth, cover and cook until the veg as soft. Meanwhile, saut\u00e9e the onion and garlic in butter and when they are transparent, add the curry paste and turn off heat. Add to cauliflower mix and pur\u00e9e with a stick blender, adding salt to taste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">My favourite way to serve this pur\u00e9e is in a big mug with a spoon.
