This one doesn’t really need a recipe. Just something I threw together this evening and it was so fast and delicious that I thought I’d share it here. A sort of eggs benedict\/huevos ranchero combination. So, just toast a flour tortilla and then\u00a0 spread some of The Sauce<\/a> on it, add some wilted spinach, a fried egg and a dollop of tomato hot sauce.<\/p>\n

Roll it up and … yum!<\/p>\n
