Anyhow, they were delicious and super easy to make &#8211; can&#8217;t wait to try them on the barbeque!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\">Ingredients and instructions below&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 grams tuna<\/li>\n<li>150 ml soya sauce<\/li>\n<li>150 ml dry sherry<\/li>\n<li>2-3 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>sea salt &amp; freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Salt and pepper the tuna and let sit for a few minutes. Then cut up into cubes and marinate in the soya sauce, sherry and garlic mixture for about an hour.
